Foundation for Talents Innovation and Leadership Development was founded on February 27, 2023, as a non-profit organization with the main aim of equipping the potential innovators with the necessary skills to promote innovations and help talents to maximize their potentials for personal growth and National Development.

 

The Foundation is positioned to equip the youths and talents with the entrepreneurial skills, leadership prowess and business acumen for National growth and prosperity.

 

Foundation for Talents Innovation and Leadership Development is a non-profit, Non- Governmental, Non-political Organisation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and limited by Guarantee to equip talents with the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to maximize potentials of the talents towards societal growth and National transformation.

 

The Foundation was borne out as a result wasted talents with capacity and excellent skills but due to negligence by parents, community or Government in responding timely to their needs in providing necessary support, their talents and innovative abilities are lost or buried. Hence, many of these talents are on the streets turning to gangs, hooligans and touts constituting nuisance to the society. Some are ambitious and determined to build their talents but are helpless and incapacitated due to lack of financial support and capacity building.
