Victor Bamidele Kayode

Victor Kayode is a certified Administrator, Learning, Training and Development Practitioner. He is an accredited Trainer by the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development and Industrial Training Fund, ITF.

He holds an MBA, PGD from LAUTECH and HND from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. Victor is a faculty member of HMJ James Management Consulting and the Director, Learning and Development of Visiondrivers Management Consulting Ltd. He has over a decade and half professional experience in Business Management, Marketing, Facilitation, Learning & Development and Consultancy Practice.

He started his working career with Sheffield Nig. Ltd in 2004 and later moved to Loped Associates in 2005. He joined the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, NITAD in 2007 as Training Officer and served the Institute meritoriously in various capacities which include, Training Manager, Administrative Manager, Head of Secretariat, Ag. Registrar and Registrar/CEO of the Institute. Prince Victor has attended various high profile Management Training programs, Retreats and Conferences both in Nigeria and Dubai, UAE

He resigned voluntarily as the REGISTRAR/CEO of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development in November, 2020 to start his own outfit, EASTFIELDS COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING SERVICES AREA OF TRAINING SPECIALIZATION:
